Over the course of teaching for 10 years and counting, I have achieved my goal of helping students experience a smoother learning journey.

Jason places emphasis on real-world learning, and he hopes to pass on his energy and passion for learning to his students. Providing meticulously crafted curated notes, worksheets and mock papers, his goal is to ensure that his students can reach their fullest potential.
Over 80% of his IP students (majority from NYGH, HCI, RI and RGS) scored distinctions (A1/A2 or GPA 3.6 & above) and all of his ‘O’ Level students made significant improvement after joining classes - from a fail to as high as A2 at O levels.

My teaching methodology focuses on helping students understand complex concepts in a simplified manner, reinforcing knowledge retention via interesting analogies and real-world application of knowledge and make learning fun with games, hands-on activities and Science experiments!

Ms Felicia has been instrumental in improving my understanding of science concepts. Her Group Tuition classes are the reason I was able to significantly improve my grade from a B3 in 2022 to an A1 in 2024!

Ms Felicia helped me get my grades from B4 (in sec 1) to A1 and I’ve never done so well before even in primary school 😭👍 I think Overmugged really gives a good range of practices from the worksheets to the exam practice papers. And also, their answer techniques are really easy to memorise and help me remember important and helpful information during my exams. Really an A* tuition centre because we can also get free welfare and snacks :D

I personally attended a Biology Class with Mr Jason Phang and found that he was an approachable and amazingly clear teacher.
The questions he gave out in class were helpful for practicing our content application of the subject and he really helped to clarify any doubts we had about the subject. He also went through how to approach a question (particularly, the drawing of genetic diagrams) and what we as Biology students needed to do in exams, which was really helpful.
He also went above and beyond when he asked if we had questions from any other Science Subjects and was so knowledgable in going through them, killing two birds with one stone as he not only answered our questions but revised extra content with us. He really helped with my preparation for the end of years and I cannot thank Mr Phang and OVERMUGGED enough!
